Had the rack of lamb and my dad had the meat loaf and both were excellent choices. This place is a must try and comeback kind of place. Service is as over the top good. Becky was great at her job. Give her a raise. Went out of her way and went and picked mint from outside and made me a virgin strawberry tom Colin’s.

This place is right off the highway and a place I used to just drive by all the time. We finally stopped for dinner on a Friday evening after work. You can tell the locals eat here and the inside is warm and welcoming. Family friendly, fast and great service. The food was great! I tried the prime rib and it was huge! Definitely recomed stopping by. TVs for sports. Bathrooms were clean! They have a small arcade area for kids. They have vegan and gluten free options as well
We stopped here for happy hour. The wedge salad was great and I'll definitely come back for that. Happy hour nachos could have been better. I ordered them with no meat and asked for extra cheese instead of the meat. If that was extra cheese I'd hate to see the regular amount. I'm sure that if you ordered them with meat the cheese and meat would balance. I'm guessing the chef just neglected to put extra cheese on my vegetarian version. The burger my friend had was good and the service was very attentive, even when they got busy. They don't have glasses (12 oz) of beer, only pints (16oz). So, if you're a light drinker like me you'll pay more. That probably won't apply to most folks. All in all we enjoyed Jarboe's and the negatives were minor.
We recently held our club's annual banquet at Jarboe's. Meagan and Andy were great to work with and gave us good guidance in planning the event; staff provided great service at the event. Food was delicious, healthy, plentiful, people with vegetarian/gluten free/dairy free/keto restrictions ate well; food and bar service were great. Menu and food quality were a great deal for the cost. Room size and layout worked well for the size of our group (48) and the evening's activities. The only reason for the 4 star rating instead of a 5 was that there is not a solid wall separating the bar room and the event space, but rather, curtains. Jarboe's accomodated us by turning off the bar music during our banquet so it all worked fine. Jarboe's was a great place for our event.
My friend and I wanted have dinner somewhere close by after the Michael Allen Harrison concert in the little church. It was dark outside but the exterior made us question our choice. But we were pleasantly surprised! We were greated immediately by two friendly young ladies and chose where we sat. I had the halibut dinner and my friend had the New York steak dinner. The food was delicious! It was prepared very well, in fairly large portions, and served hot for a reasonable price. I am going back soon.
This place is a great little locals spot. Good food, good drinks, great prices. Went back two nights in a row as an out-of-towner that appreciated a good steak and a fun, easy atmosphere after a long day of work. Looking forward to a return next weekend to hopefully try their breakfast fare.
What an amazing experience! We had a large group with lots of kids and there was plenty of table space to sprawl out and enjoy some adult conversations. The menu offered plenty of delicious options without being overwhelming. The breakfast burrito with hash browns was awesome. Our server Skylar had a great, friendly personality, super prompt, and never missed a beat. The new manager is turning this place into a gem worth the drive!
We ordered the Jarboe's Loaded Fries as an appetizer. I had the shrimp tacos and my wife had a burger. The fries are pretty awesome and all the ingredients go well together. I liked the tacos and would order them again. The burger was a burger. We will be back to try some of the other menu selections.
My husband and friends planned a surprise party for me. We had been coming to this place for years under different ownership. The place looks great and Megan was the go to lady for the event coordination. She was easy to work with, had great communication. The party area was perfect for our group of about 40.
